So summer is well and truly here. Harvest finally under way, dodging thunderstorms and hale, Mother Nature has really thrown everything at us this year, including the devastating fires around Corrigin, affecting many of our farming friends. Not only on the home front but on the World globe we have had many events that have seen the delay of stock not just being produced, but in getting its way into Australia.
My beautiful selection of "Sticks & Stones" Dutch handbags, having been delayed due to the flooding in India, new Eos stock coming out of South Central China experiencing its third year of severe drought, relying on 80% of its power production from Hydro-electric power, has caused lengthy delays as well, due to restricted opening times.
Throw covid in there making a resurgence and we sure have some challenging times ahead. One cannot control the elements....just ask any farmer that, however, we are seeing Mother Nature really challenging us in just about every way possible. Let's look ahead to a positive year and hope the weather is kinder to everyone, on the home front and on the world wide globe.
